I thought this book was a nice lightweight-read. Not exactly literary, more fairy-tale. But I read it in one sitting on a long plane journey and it brought a couple of smiles and a couple of sentimental moments. I think it would sit well in a school library, as there's a Mills & Boon simplicity to the writing.
